PFLAG Tulare and Kings Counties is a volunteer group of parents, family and friends of people who are gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (GLBT). We welcome members of the GLBT community to our meetings and membership. We meet on the third Sunday of each month.

Diana Feliz Oliva, MSW, of California Rural Legal Assistance will present the organization’s Proyecto Poderoso/Project Powerful. CRAL’s goal is to improve legal services for low-income LGBT people in rural CA.
Ms. Oliva graduated from Columbia University's Master in Social Work program in 2005.
